Make a claim
Please contact the office on 01642 850022 between 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-1pm on a Friday. A member of staff will then arrange for an agent to call to your home to help guide you through the process of making a death claim. You will need an original copy of the death certificate and the policy documents. Please try and have these available for when the agent calls as this will speed the process up.
We will endeavour to process your claim within 2 working days. In addition if you need an immediate deposit to the funeral director then please mention this to your agent and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
